Cancellation Policy:
At www.silkmuseumsurat.in, we understand that there could be times when you may want to cancel an order for various reasons. While we strive to make cancellations easier for you, we regret to inform that we cannot accept cancellations after 24 hours of placing the order.
Most products at www.silkmuseumsurat.in are made for order and we start processing the order, as soon as the order is received. Therefore, No cancellations could be accepted beyond 24 hours of placing the order.
Although, you may not be able to cancel your order yourself, you may contact the Customer Engagement Team through Livechat, Phone or email, within 24 hours of placing the order, in case you wish to cancel your order.
You could choose to receive a refund or a store credit voucher for the value of the cancelled order/ product. You would receive a full refund of the order/ product value. If you choose to receive a store credit voucher, you could use the same in your next purchase, in the same estore, on which the initial order was placed.
Refunds can be made to the Credit/ Debit card that you used while placing the order. Orders placed using netbanking, would be refunded through the same payment gateway through which the order was initially placed.
